Easy install and does exactly what I needed it for.

Comes with a "simple" wiring, schematic. No detail as to the amperage rating? Has very light gauge wiring from included plug. Probably is best used for an "operating circuit" to control any heavy amp loads through separate relays / contactors, etc. I'll find a use for it but can't use it for my "push and hold" pre-heat (Glo-plugs) on my tractor. Rated at 12-24-V.

I use this on my mower as a momentary switch and it does the job just fine to view a different setting.

I have read some of the reviews, and I am concerned about people's conception of this switch. This switch fits into the world of instrumentation and control. In that world, you will find heavy-duty applications, such as outdoor weather and crane control, for example, where you can literally step on the switch and it won't break, and the indoor control panel versions where it is up on the wall, away from the dirt and crime of manufacturing and where it never expects to meet up with a boot. This switch fits the second class. And it does a fine job. It comes in two parts. The operator part fits into the panel, and then the cable part that connects the electrical circuit. I found it to fit and function as intended, looks good, and plan to purchase a few more.

This is a product that either works or it doesn't. In this case, it does work and the included wiring diagram makes it easy to get going quickly. Wiring it up to some LED lights I was able to change the flashing patterns by quickly tapping this switch, which is what I wanted. It looks well built enough to withstand regular use. I would buy it again if I needed another momentary switch.

I'm familiar with switches like these made by Eaton in old telephone/intercom systems. I've loved the look and feel of them enough to start including in my own projects. So, when I saw this similar looking switch on Amazon, I was encouraged. I really don't have a source to get the Eaton parts quickly. This Aunovg looks and feels every bit as sturdy as the Eaton I've used before.Compatible with everything? I can't speak for every product both of these brands have, but the Aunovg comes with a wire harness that would make connection a breeze. Included instructions also cover how to go about configuring normal-open, normal-closed, light on when pressed or not, light off when pressed or not. It's very flexible.
