Just buy it!
Stop reading reviews and buy it already! I am amazed with this Jeep for the price. Awesome scale looks, descent performance, & a killer price. I have several crawlers from most of the name brands. They all crawl and trail very well. I assumed I would have to at least change tires, esc , & maybe motor to make this Jeep perform. I was very suprised with my first run. It is perfect for scale trailing and crawls surprisingly well. The throttle modulation surprised me most. I expected a fairly twitchy esc but the Hobbywing 60a is perfect. Low speed control is excellent. Top speed it just above a brisk walk. Perfect.Tires also perform crazy good for what they are. Perfect for trailing and they are 100% scale.Just buy it and go have some fun. Get you a 12" driver figure too. It looks wrong without one.

The media could not be loaded. Amazing RC Jeep Willies. It's extremely detailed and fun to control. Not super fast which I was expecting but is definitely a climber! The scale of the jeep fits a 12" GI Joe snugly so it's not just ghost driving. I ended up buying the Zeee 2S Lipo Battery 7.4V 5200mAh 50C Battery which came with 2 batteries, so far I've been able to get 2+hrs on a single battery starting at full charge and going nearly full throttle the entire time. Looking at changing the oil in the shocks as they do tend to stick a little bit. Overall definitely worth the buy if you're still thinking whether you should or not.

Great deal for such a large scale rc model.
Been in the hobby since TLT/TXT axles and Stampede/emaxx transmissions were the running gear of scalers, and everything was hand built. So this is a cool little jeep for being ARTR . Looking over the parts, I am impressed by the quality, material, and assembly of the whole model. The suspension being a 4 linked rear and 3 link with a panhard up front is the main gripe for it not being "scale" as they are leaf sprung oem. That's not an issue though, as leaf sprung rigs have lots of suspension slop, or little travel. This has a great scale to performance balance, especially considering those pizza cutter tires on there. Mine arrived all greased up, no loose screws, pretty much good to go other than the shocks getting stuck. Nothing some 25wt CST shock oil and green slime wasn't able to correct.

Very realistic / fragile material
Great car I love it I really do but I think that if you used stronger more flexible plastic all the way around the whole car and up the price a little bit it would be alot better and more ppl would notice and appreciate it. With that said I have it 4 stars because it looks identical to a real one minus the suspension but I’m ok with that plus you can get leaf springs for it

What a fun RC Jeep!
I like this RC Jeep! Love the size. No issues at all. I like the foam box that acts like a carrying case. One complaint I saw online is lack of info on battery connections. Mine came with the XT60 connector. My batteries are all Deans connectors, but I was able to find some adapters on Amazon that fixed this. Otherwise I was going to re-solder in some different connectors to fit my batteries. Also, only the front lights operate. I'll be looking into some LEDs for the taillights. Might even light up the black-out lights and put them on a separate switch, to change between regular road lights and the combat blackout lights. I've only had mine out a couple times so far, but I keep hearing the M*A*S*H theme song in my head... Wish I could find a 12 inch figure of Hawkeye in his robe or Klinger in one of his dresses...

Great! -But neophytes beware!
If you are new (or reentering the hobby from a long time ago), be careful! The batteries and nomenclature are a super pain. You can buy exactly similar batteries that "come with a separate yellow XT60 connector" (but don't seem to connect), a correct battery without the yellow XT60-connector and a small battery with a yellow XT connector already attached to the battery) and a correct battery that has a yellow XT60 connector attached). THIS IS THE ONE!)A wrong battery equals fire, explosion, popping, and acrid smoke (ahem).Secondly, the directions are simply unfathomable for a newby. The esc button takes a flashlight to read and you don't know what it is by looking at it.My advice: after the jeep arrives, call up ahead of time, and tell a hobby shop you want to buy the battery from them and have them show you how to do all of it...or ask a hobby club or someone who knows how this RC Jeep works.I found out the hard way. The wrong set up and batteries equals a destroyed jeep.I still give it five stars for a rating for what it offers...but... you'd better know what you are doing.

Great value
Very outstanding model. Great detail and very accurate scale. Would like to had a switch to turn the headlights on and off, but I can take care of that. The frame and underbody parts should be painted the same as the body. Already took care of that. Over all, a very out standing piece!

Week plastic parts
The rc car is so cool but the main pivot arm is very brittle. Just doing some crawling in my backyard had the main pivot point.Snap rendering the car, unable to maneuver HUGE downside
