Best natural multivitamin supplement
This is by far one of the best natural organic multivitamin and mineral supplements I have found. It improved my hair growth and completely resolved any deficiencies I had with chipped and flakey nails. My energy and general well being had improved greatly since taking this. The ingredients are high quantities yet completely fine in my system. And most importantly for me the forms which the ingredients come in are the best you can get i.e folate as opposed to folic acid. Unlike many supplements where you need to take several capsules a day, this is just one a day. Excellent product and natural in the body.

food-state vitamins and minerals
I love the fact that these are food-state vitamins and minerals. They are an addition to our diet. If you can't eat enough vegetables and fruit, this supplement could add those missing nutrients. Although do not ever rely on the supplement alone. The diet still needs to be very good. Being a food-state complex, these vitamins and minerals are absorbed and assimilated much better than most synthetic forms. They are also an easier to take formulation - just one per day. The dose is still higher than in some other food-state vitamin/mineral options I have seen on the market. As a naturopath, I would recommend these to my clients.

Excellent for nails
I took this for general health but have noticed my nails are amazing since taking these. It's not down to anything else as I've not changed anything else. They used to break a lot and now they're really strong.
