I am sorry, I don't know where they were made. If you are thinking of buying them I would advise you that they go rusty after being outside for awhile and I eventually threw them away.

Q: Are these meant to be covered in rust? I know they are meant to look aged, but mine just arrived solid rust rather than grey aged effect

Mine were rusted as well but I quite liked that they looked authentic and old. They were bought as a present, to go outside on the decking, so they might have rusted eventually anyway.
