Mini Tootsie Roll Chews, Individually Wrapped, Bulk Candy, Assorted Mix (1 Pound)

Boy, oh boy, gotta be careful with these" Sly little mini's!" They are loaded with sugar and pure goodness. I am pre-diabetic, and this being hereditary genetically, I need to take it easy with these tastey little morsels.The OTHER NASTY Culprit eqivalant to sugar is Malitol, though it's claim is a healthy substitute for sugar, it really isn't, due to the chemical(s) used for processing.I am not a health fanatic, but, I am quite ok with paying attention to what I am prone to healthwise.There's so much hoop te do about OrganicFood, and the cost effect to pay for it, knowing it makes sense to me in my "questioning" of any " sterile" ground on God's created earth. With all the liquid pesticides, etc being sprayed on crops, etc.Well, golly gee, guess I really AM deeply rooted in gratitude to be alive to this day.I love that I've had the wonderful privilage of help caring for very elderly people, and hearing their story. They were not exposed to all the ozone contaminates, nor the chemically treated food from contaminated soil, as our generation has been, and is.God and His Word, is the only sustaining soul food, through His Son Jesus. Taste so good need a bigger bag

I am a teacher and bought these to give to my students. They were rock hard and I had to throw them away. Waste of money and students were very disappointed.

I mean, they're not healthy but they're not the worst choice you can make if you want a sweet. And just think of how creative you can get with them: half a vanilla and half a cherry; half an orange and half a vanilla; lemon and lime together; chocolate and orange or cherry. I am easily amused and made happy by very little! Bottom line is, they're good, longer lasting than most candies, and the bag lasts a long time.

These arrived and were not fresh. They were hard as rocks. I ended up throwing most of them in the trash. Disappointing.

I wish there had been more candy in the package. I will not reorder; not enough for your money

I got them for my grandkids when they come over to visit me. They love them.

Was looking forward to this mix. Price was a little high but only place I could find the combination of original and fruit. I would have also expected these to be a lot more fresh then what they are. They are a little on the firm side and some pieces are bordering on hard.
