Rough Surface and bad Finishing
The mug looks same as shown from a distance but at the first touch it feels weirdly rough right from the handle, surface at the brim and at the bottom. It’s usable but cleaning it properly is a nightmare after having a thick and staining beverage. I am using this but not value for money!
