My grandson suffered from the increase in playing time (80 minutes) on a full-size pitch and summer hard grass, he loves these insoles.

The standard insoles in my football boots had become compressed and I was feeling pain in the soles of my feet after playing, so I bought these to replace ones that came with the boots.Arrived very promptly, within 24 hours, so I removed the old ones & cut down these to fit.These are slightly thicker than the standard ones with more support under the arch and to the heal. This made the boot feel slightly tight when putting them on but I adjusted the laces and the boots fitted fine.Wore them to train on an older 3G surface which is very firm and I can usually start to feel discomfort in my feet after 15 minutes or so but this time there was none for the full 2 hour session.One thing that will take some getting used to is the gel insert for the heal. This is very soft, coupled with the raised heal, meant my heal felt like it was falling into a hole in the insole. Also when I planted my foot to kick the ball it felt slightly unsteady.At this stage I can't say it is a failure of the product but it is different to what I'm used to and I will have to adjust.

These are quite wide and do not fit a proper football boot. Also the quality of the material is not the best.

At first they look OK, if s little flimsy. Then after about 3 hours wearing, the non gel bits flatten leaving you standing uncomfortably on the raised plastic inserts. I'm not fussy but these went in the bin 2 days later. Buy full gel insoles if you want something comfortable.

I ordered these for a pair of size 9 football boots and they are to small for the boot maybe at a max size 7 to trim down on the description says 6-11

Bought these end of June so just over 11 weeks ago, using them for an hour a week to play 5 a side football and the gel area has already detached from the foam sole.I wouldn’t recommend these for using to play sports which is what they are advertised as suitable for.

I bought this item which says that it will fit Size: UK 6-11. It is barely UK 7.Extremelly small.

Bought to put in my football boots, wore once for an hour and fell apart. Waste of money
