I picked this strap because I was tired of the plastic buckle digging into my arm when using old one. With a layer of protection under the plastic that is not a problem for this strap. I never noticed the air pillows. Would I have picked it if I had, not likely. The strap has been comfortable and it has worked for relieving pain. I just have a hard time believing the pillows will stay inflated. If I am wrong then I will post an update in 3 months. Well pillows are still working well. Pain has been greatly reduced. Have to say it has been the best strap I have tried to date.

Seems to be working
used it today on the course and after the round my elbow did not hurt as much as before .. so it seems to be working

Works great! Helps me to get in my gym time without cutting it short because of my tennis elbow!

Not what it's made out to be
The pads that are on this brace are actually very thin and do not apply enough pressure to help relieve tennis elbow or tendonitis. I'm very surprised by the 119 reviews and 49% gave it five stars. I do have many different types of braces and was surprised to find this and realize a single strap would do more than this band.

Not comfortable. Leaves marks. Doesn't help with pain.

It works!
It stopped the tingling in my fingertips almost immediately. My doctor recommended this product for neuropathy the product did what she said it should do.
