how many cups will pot yeild?

I get 8 demitasse cups (3 oz each) out of each pot. If you use a 2 oz demitasse cup you will get at least 12 cups. I buy the raw Ethiopian coffee beans from ethiopianspices.com and roast them myself. The flavor is outstanding.

The description mentions using extra caution with electric coil stovetop - can this be used reasonably with such a stovetop? What sort of cautions?
