As far as heat, this barely gets hot. I can touch it after 5 minutes and not get burned. Doesn't straighten at all. Don't waste your money. Id give it 0 stars if I could.

I loved it !!!! And it straightened my kitchen with the quickness 🥰 I just wish the cord was longer. And for the price I would buy again.

The product was advertised as perfect for coarse hair. I learned after receiving the product that it only registers 200 degrees and I have extremely coarse hair. The comb heat was so mild that I could touch it with my hands and it didn't register hot. I experienced hair loss from a chemo treatment and am now beginning to get hair growth. I wanted to try a straight hairdo, but it will not happen with this product. I am NOT a happy customer

It's an ok product. I think if you work in very small segments of hair, it'll work.But it's so tedious.Wish the slots were the hair goes was a bit deeper so you could get more hair in it.It does straighten but , to me, it's just not worth the time and effort

The media could not be loaded. I wrote one earlier without the videos but it does what it is supposed to. It gets hot fast for me and my hair was soft and straight afterwards! I love it.

What a hunk of junk. The box it came in cost more than this item is worth. Did absolutely nothing to my hair. Didn't straighten or smooth it. Worthless. DO NOT PURCHASE THIS ITEM!
