This works very well. I use my kids as the weights (5y and 3y). They take turns sitting on it and I pull them around the yard in laps. Works very well on grass. It is lightweight and compact, hangs well in my garage. I’ve seen reviews about the straps not lasting long, mine have been fine so far. If that changes I will update this review. All in all, so far a good purchase and affordable.

This sled is a good value and works as advertised. I like what this had done for my block starts and acceleration. My only recommendation is that that straps could be a little bit longer to prevent the front of the sled from raising up off the ground.

Great product! Small but durable and light weight!

Very simple set up, easy to use, easy to travel with, and great for knees over toes training for bad knees!

This works perfectly for daily sled work in my backyard! It won’t work for very heavy sled pulls but it’s enough to get some good resistance pulling with in for sprinting programs.

An extremely well built, easy to assemble, easy to use piece of exercise equipment. A great value for what it delivers. If you have ever considered wanting to include sled work in you training, don't wait, buy this sled.

Overall the sled itself is great. I bought it in May and have only used it twice, and both times I had to cut my workout short due to a manufacture issues. The first was the screws that came with it snapped off while running and the middle pole went flying. That wasn’t that bad I just went to Home Depot and got better screws md washers to hold it in place. The second just happened and is the pictures attached. On my third sprint the belt buckle snapped and broke. This I can’t just fix so trying to find a new buckle or strap. Other than that, the sled itself is great. Both workouts have been with 2 45lb plates on stadium turf. It def gets the job done! 3/5 stars only because I’ve yet to be able to finish a workout with it!

As far as over all, it seems sturdy. No instructions came with it really but none are needed, fairly simple to put together if you have some basic tools at home. Has an add on so you can put weight plates that have 2" diameter. Also comes with a weight collar to secure the plates in places. The nylon lines that come with it have some twisting locking links. But they are easily taken off it you want to change them out with something else.
