Perfect for my Needs!
I'm sooooo glad I ordered this new frying pan! My other one was a 6-incher and flimsy and definitely not non-stick as advertised! Also it's handle was a hassle to put on and use and take off! Ok now, back to my new pan: it's perfect! None of the problems I had with previous one. I just made a fabulous meal for myself, and it cooked it perfectly, with no sticking food! It's a treasure for my little bedroom-kitchen, for sure, and we'll worth every cent i paid for it!

Compact Powerhouse — Perfect Grill Sidekick
This Elite Gourmet CeraLast™ ceramic electric skillet has become my go-to companion for outdoor cooking. At 12″x12″, it’s the ideal size—large enough for eggs, burgers, or stir-fries, yet compact enough to tuck beside the grill. The 1,200W rapid-heat element gets it up to temperature in no time, and the PFAS-free nonstick surface wipes clean effortlessly or goes straight in the dishwasher. Using it outdoors in the summer keeps my kitchen cool and lets me whip up anything from sautéed veggies to seared steaks without breaking a sweat. Highly recommend for anyone who loves grilling but wants a versatile, easy-clean pan for quick sides and mains!

Love it love it
Great addition to my other appliances. It's easy to use. I did my fried rice with less rice as it appears non stick. Sautéed my veggies. It's deep enough to do stews as well. If you are thinking of a way to reduce your oil usage this is good item to have. In fact for the college teen in dorms I challenge you to find other cooking style to use this product as I try the same myself as I plan to see if it can steam rice, now that's an idea I am going to try as I already know I can fry and stew in it.

Bought for camper. So far it has exceeded what I thought it could do. Even fixed some frozen biscuits that were really good without heating up oven! Just the two of us and dogs so it’s the perfect size!

2.5 quarts is only 7 cup capacity
The 8"x8"x2" skillet is not a 2.5 quart skillet. Even Google agrees that it is only 2 quarts, but factor in that it is not entirely square (the corners are rounded) it holds only 7 cups. That's a far cry from the promised 2.5 quarts or 10 cups.I needed something on the smaller side for our camper, but really wanted 2.5 quarts. I'm not sure if we'll keep it for its other fine qualities or not. It's washable, but not submersible, it's non stick, it has a glass lid, it fits in a smaller space and it should be useful. We haven't cooked in it yet, as we haven't decided if we'll return it, so I cannot atest to its ability to cook food evenly.

My daughter is hinting about getting a second skillet!
I got this item for my daughter and she can't say enough good things about it. It is small and she says just right for her needs. She has a lot of food allergies and has to make her meals from scratch...can't eat in restaurants or buy frozen dinners.

Cupcakes are easier to make
Why did you pick this product vs others?:I love this product I’m handicapped and it’s perfect for me. I don’t get burned because I don’t have to get into the oven when no one’s here but thank you. I love it.

Great little product
Great little product. Cooks quick and even, great price.Stores easy in the cabinet cause it’s not to big and food doesn’t stick to it. Easy to clean to. My advice is if you are in the market for one buy it.
