To be honest, I was really skeptical with trying any kind if lion's mane supplements. I didn't really buy into it but figured I'd give it a shot in the moment. But for the time that I did use them, I noticed that my brain was so much clearer, i could think with wit like i was younger again. The powder tastes gross yea, but take it with a mouthful of coffee. I wouldn't say it relieves pain, or makes you any more energetic, but it really does make your brain work.

Liin's Mane is reputed to help with mental clarity. I have taken this for a little over a month. I have noticed that I tend to stay on task better and for longer periods of time. I plan to update after I have been talking it for 90 days at least.

This is supposed to do good things for you. It did nothing for me. Eh, into the trash.

The product got here fast! First day I do feel more energy but I have had tummy aches within 1 hour of taking it. I believe it is normal though bc it is helping get your gut health in order.
