I have fibromyalgia as well as a chronic shoulder instability so I often experience pain. These gel pads are great as I can freeze them, refrigerate them or microwave them depending on what I feel will help at the time. They are very versatile and well made

I bought this product to ease some of the pain and discomfort I’m experiencing with cubital tunnel syndrome. I freeze them And rest my arms on them at the end of the day which provides a lot of relief

I use it mostly heated and I absolutely love it. The size is perfect and there's a soft side that prevents the skin from burning.Whenever I need to use it cold, I prefer to leave in the freezer overnight instead of only leaving it for a couple of hours because it melts quickly.100% recommended. 😁

We use these to warm the babies bed and pram up before he goes to sleep.

After about 3 hours in the freezer it's good for about 20-30 minutes of cooling. The fabric side is good for preventing cold burns to the skin when first applied. It really helped me with shin splints and it is a fairly flexible design with gel beads moving around inside it, even straight out of the freezer, so it's able to wrap around into different shapes.Unfortunately the plastic side is less flexible than the fabric and after about 20 uses has started to split, so gel beads keep falling out. I've taped it up for now and might try sewing a bit of fabric right over it or putting all the gel beads in a completely different pack, but it is really disappointing that it's not made out of a durable material. Such a waste that something that could have been made to last years, instead only lasts weeks.

Best ice pack I've had. Doesn't get frozen solid so it can be used easily straight out of the freezer. Thus far hasn't burst which has been the case for other ice packs I've had. Can't see it bursting either due to the design. Doesn't stay cold for as long as other ice packs but does for long enough. Would recommend.
