the science is very good
This is more of a medicine than a 'supplement'. Lots of well-run studies showing significant positive effects. There's really nothing else you can take daily to preserve your eyesight and I rely on the PREDS 2 formula. CoQ10 is also an excellent daily addition, so you get both in one pill...

So far it's worked for me
I've been using this for awhile now for a mild macular degeneration issue. I was diagnosed a few years ago and my eyes haven't gotten worse, so I plan on using it pretty much forever
