This shower head is high quality, works very well and is easy to install. I did, however, need to replace the pipe coming out of the wall. My pipe was 6" and I replaced it with an 8" pipe so that the assembly would hang straight down. That's also pretty simple to do but something you should know when buying this.

I love this showerhead! It was so easy to install that it only took literal minutes to set up. It was as simply as unscrewing the old showerhead and screwing in this new one. I'm also a short person so I love that the controls are at the bottom to switch between the top showerhead and the handheld one. I don't understand why other products put theirs at the top when only tall people can reach it.The handheld shower is perfect and this is such great quality. I feel like my shower instantly turned into a fancy hotel shower as soon as this was installed. It's adjustable and can move up and down easily. No leaks at all either.The only minor nitpicky thing is the suction can't be used for the shower wall due to the material (stone) and the sticker doesn't really stick so this does move around a tiny bit but overall not really a big deal.

This is a plastic setup, NOT a metal one. That being said, it's a pretty heavy build and looks decently sturdy. The installation setup is pretty ingenious and will fit nearly every standard shower. It comes with a suction cup at the bottom, that is interchangeable at installation time with a 3M VHB sticky pad, for semi-permanent installation.The two nits I have are:My unit was assembled with about a 7 degree twist from top to bottom. That is, the top inlet pipe and the bottom mount were twisted relative to each other. There IS some twist adjustment in the top inlet pipe (it has a ball joint with o-ring and screw clamp setup) and the bottom mount (it has a slightly flexible "gooseneck"). But this was insufficient to overcome the amount of twist with which the unit was manufactured. Fortunately, I just tightened my pipe that comes out of the wall a bit, so it was "leaning left" a bit, and then assembled this shower unit onto that. Keep this trick in mind if yours is twisted.The other nit is, the entire flow goes ALL THE WAY DOWN the stem, to the diverter valve, and all the way back up. So, there IS some pressure loss. If you already have problems with water pressure in your shower, this might be a deal breaker for you. A fancier unit would have a spring-loaded diverter valve at the top, trigger by the bottom diverter control. But this isn't the way this works -- there are two long skinny tubes going down and back up.All in all, a pretty decent unit with some caveats.

Love this shower head! It looks gorgeous in our new shower and feels like it is great quality. The lower shower head is down low enough that my Mom, who has mobility issues, can reach it while seated on the shower bench. It can be adjusted so that only the lower shower head is spraying. Perfect for our use!

Have had for 4 days. So far, no issues. Great options for water output. Looks clean. Super easy to install. Replaced a shower head with this system. No need to cut into walls, access pipe behind the wall, drill into tile, etc. Very happy with the outcome.

Easy to manipulate

-- update on 2024.3 --It's been two weeks since my initial install. As other reviews said, after one week, the adhesive tape was detached, so I replaced it with a suction cup. After another week, the suction cup was also detached. It still works but the bar is not firmly fixed. Thus, I changed my rating from 5 to 3.-- original post --I bought this product to for my kids to use easily the handheld showerhead. Other products typically come with suction cup mounts for the showerhead holder. However, after reading reviews mentioning that these holders tend to fall off if the shower wall tiles are uneven or if the suction cups are weak, I opted for this product because the showerhead holder is integrated with the bar and seemed less likely to detach.Installation is incredibly easy. Simply dismantle the existing showerhead and follow the instructions provided in the manual. Just be mindful to twist the bar when connecting it to the shower arm, as indicated in the manual and as shown in my photo.The bottom of the bar can be attached with tape or a suction cup; I chose tape, and I'm extremely satisfied with the result! I highly recommend this product!Pros:- Installation takes only 30 minutes; without taking pictures, it could even be done in 20 minutes.- No additional tools required (although Teflon tape is needed).- Comes with spare washers and suction cup.- No fighting between my two kids even when they shower simultaneously.Cons:- When using shower head and hand shower at the same time, if the water pressure is low in your house, the upper showerhead may have weak pressure as shown in the photo

Being a horrible accident and very much need of a safe shower this was the perfect fit. Very high quality, very affordably priced.

I got this product for my daughter who needed a handheld shower due to her physical impairment but still needed to have a stationary one for her other family members and guests. The installation was easy and we only needed water pump pliers to unscrew the original shower head. The unit works great after removing the flow restrictors which I would definitely recommend.

I had been looking for something that does not require drilling as I don't have the tools nor do I know how to drill. Grandma has trouble reaching up high to grab the showerhead. The no drill showerhead holders I purchased in the past kept falling down.I am super pleased with this. It was relatively easy to install in my townhouse bathroom. This product comes with a showerhead arm in case ours is too short or too long, but I did not have to change mine. It says no need for sealing tape, and it really does not. There's absolutely no leaks at each joints. The bottom is either affixed by reusable stickies or suction cup. I chose to use the stickies. Sticks well and does not come off or move. Whole unit is sturdy, and I did not have to purchase anything additional to make it work. Water pressure is normal even when using both showerheads at the same time. We have been using it for over a month and still loving it. Definitely recommend this for those of you looking for no drill options with height adjustments to accommodate seniors or young children.
