More of a moderate supplement without thousands of MG over RDA ( Recommended Dietary Allowance (RDA) More is not always better!

Been taking these for some time now. However, AMAZON! Please ship in a box; not a manila envelope. The order I received today, jar was broken into pieces. Shards of glass and some vitamins came out of its original box when opened. I've never had this happen before. Please send it in a hard box for protection or if going to send it in a manila envelope, make sure it is wrapped with bubble wrap. The box container the vitamins are in is not protection enough. Otherwise, GREAT vitamin.
