I feel better knowing they are organic cotton, they don’t hurt. Some other brands of non organic or even just other brands tend to give me cramps or make them worse. These do not at all. Will keep buying these from now on.

It could be a placebo but I swear I cramp less and have lighter periods, they do seem to last about a day longer though
