I absolutely love this fireplace. The heat it puts out is awesome. The noise level is very low, no louder than a forced furnace air coming out of a vent in a home. It was very easy to install, all though it was heavy due to the size, you will need to people to hang. The visual effects are nice. The quality is high and the remote works from a distance of 30 feet, but it does need to be pointed directly a the fireplace. I highly recommend this product

I couldn’t be happier with this 60-inch floating fireplace. The install was straightforward, the build quality feels solid, and once mounted, it instantly upgraded the whole vibe of my living space. The flame effects look surprisingly realistic, and the multiple color options allow me to match the room’s mood—whether I’m relaxing in the evening or hosting people. Heat output is strong when I need it, but I really love that I can run the flame visuals without heat too. The front vent keeps things safe and cool against the wall, and the slim profile makes it look modern and clean.

I must have looked at a dozen different fireplaces before choosing this 72-inch model—and honestly, I’m so glad I did. I’ll keep it simple: buy it. It’s beautiful, it costs a fraction of the high-end units, and it performs amazingly well. I originally ordered it just to test out the idea of building a media wall, because I wasn’t even sure I’d like the look. But once it was installed, I realized it’s actually nicer than several of the expensive models I saw in big-box stores. The flame colors are vibrant, the heat output is great, and it instantly made the whole space feel warm and finished. If you’re debating… don’t. This one is absolutely worth it.

This electric fireplace was recommended by the contractor who built a custom wall. For the price point it’s great and adds a polished look to the new wall. Heat works well and flames come in a variety of colors.

It's stunning. I can't believe how amazing this fireplace looks. I bought it for my office because my business partner doesn't believe in turning the heat on, and I can't stand being cold. I spent the weekend painting the wall to make an accent wall, and putting up this fireplace. I'm a 59 year old petite woman and I did it all myself. It wasn't difficult at all! You have to take the glass panel off to install it, which makes it very much lighter. It's very well designed and you simply unscrew the mounting rack and install it on the wall. The width of the rack is the same width as standard studs. I cut a hole in the drywall and put it a small wall plate that allowed me to feed the cord through the wall the the outlet on the other side. I mounted the fireplace on the wall rather than inserting it, and it looks amazing. It's very slim and low profile. I plan on putting a neon sign above it with the name of my business which will add to the ambiance. The fireplace has changed the whole look of my office. There are tons of color combinations and the flames are gorgeous. I'm in love with it! I got the 60 inch and at first I thought maybe it would be too big, but it's actually perfect. Don't hesitate to buy this! It feels and looks more expensive than it is.
