I grind my teeth at night, so I got this to help, because the plastic is harder than the one I'm currently using. I like the idea of this mouth guard, and it fits well in my mouth,(I have a small mouth) if you have a larger mouth, it might not fit well. The problem i have is the top of the guard has a a hard plastic piece and its rubbing on the top of my mouth, making it very uncomfortable to even wear.

It fits comfortably and feels safe when I am sleeping at night.

If you are using these as retainers, this set is the soft phase 1 trays. I bought them base off the reviews thinking they were the hard phase 2 trays but they ARE NOT hard. These are soft silicone. Make sure you get the correct ones because you can’t return them. I’ve been on phase 2 for couple years and I needed to replace them so I don’t need to back track to phase 1. If you are looking for something to help straighten your teeth or you lost your retainers, you want these! Make sure to read the reviews and start out with phase 1 and then move on to phase 2. There is pain but if you wear them only at night it’s not that bad.

The “mouth guard” came with no instructions. From what I’ve read in the reviews & description, I tried warm water. I’ve tried boiling it. I’ve tried boiling it for so long I was certain I’d ruined it & the whole thing would melt. It didn’t. They should have constructed the World Trade Center out of the same material this mouthpiece is made from, because it’s indestructible. Btw, it hurts using it.
