Excellent, for arthritis
I purchased this because I am beginning to have arthritis in the knuckles. I was nervous about the quality of this product and was pleasantly surprised by the appearance. It’s very comfortable and you can adjust it to you any strength that you would like. I just seeing it is it’s very simple to do. I also purchased a package of stress balls in order to also exercise the opposite muscles and it works very well in combination! I recommend getting stress balls with this product!

Okay if c your hands are tiny.
This product, while doing what they are designed for, broke completely apart. Problem is, they seem designed for medium women or children. If you are a guy with hands bigger than MEDIUM, you aren't gonna be happy. The thin plastic lightweight bra-strap buckles are completely crappy, and shattered the second time I used them. Don't buy, unless you are little.

Do NOT buy
Very cheap product. Hard to set up. And performance wise it comes apart if you do the heavier set weights. If you want grip strength just do wrist curls with dumbbells or a barbell. Don’t waste your time on this.

Good exercise
My son loves it he purchased it so he could get more strength on his hands since he says he feels weak some times and can’t get a good grip of things!So far its been great!

Grip trainer to strengthen from nerve
I bought this for my husband to strengthen his hand from nerve damage. It is not easy but he is using it ever so often. Hopefully it gives him good results eventually.

Cheap plastic
it works great, but the plastic is cheap and broke on my 3rd day of using it. lol
