Silky smooth and absolutely tasteless... yum!
I love this distiller for many reasons: - It produces water that tastes of nothing at all and is silky and smooth (if you can describe water as silky!) - It is big enough to produce 4 litres in one go (which means it is quite a big machine and will take up a reasonable footprint on a kitchen work counter - which is something to bear in mind) - The glass carafe is of excellent quality and fits easily into the fridge (although I did struggle putting the handle on the carafe at the start, it was a bit fiddly) - When you finish using the distiller you see this dark watery residue left behind, it even smells bad. I take this as evidence of all the impurities that are being extracted from the water that won't end up in my body! - It comes with a box of filters that should last several months (depending on use) - It comes with a descaler (which you will definitely need because every use leaves scale on the bottom of the distiller) - It does take 5-6 hours to fill up the 4 litre carafe so you have to plan ahead or you can run out of water, but the lengthy process just shows how thorough the distillation process is - Be aware that there will be a bit of a taste to the water at the start, I was disappointed by this until I realised that it disappeared after three or four uses (you don't drink the first batch at all) - It is very easy to use - you just wash it out from the previous use, fill it up and turn it on, then leave. The manual says you can leave it running overnight as it automatically turns off when the process is complete - the fan is noisy - so you probably don't want this running in the background if you're entertaining in the kitchen. I don't really know much about the benefits of distilled water for my body or health, but I bought this because a friend of mine had researched it and was raving about how amazing it was. Having seen the brown smelly residue left behind after distillation, I can well believe it. Now I've had distilled, I don't know if I can ever go back to regular water!

3 years and still works as new!
Soon in 4 months I had this for a 3 years now and honestly never ever had any issues. The water is clean and taste good! Ever since I have not cooked my food or had drinks with any other water but this. I have used it daily since I purchased it. Some days 2 times. Although you always do need to give it few hours to cool down before using again on a row so that I've been doing. The fan or the cooler in it is not cooling the water anymore. so I do get quite very warm water now when its finished. but it is not a problem for me at all. I keep some previous waters in a jar so they are cooler if I need to drink. Im planning to buy another one soon just in case if this one do die one day that I have a backup ready to go. Absolutely highly recommend to anyone. My mind has not been any clearer. Before this distiller I've been drinking a bottled water and it really messed my head (at that time didn't realise it was the bottled water until I stopped drinking it) so that is gone now. I love this! !

Good product
I am glad to able to distill the water from out of the taps in London. I distilled water from out of the tap, an under bench filter and bottled water. There was no difference in taste and the amount of residue that was left in the bottom of the distiller when I distilled the tap water and then the filtered water from the under bench filter. Truly there is a lot of gunk in the tap water in London. There was a not so pleasant taste to the water as well. When I distilled the bottled water there was almost no gunk and there was no unpleasant taste. To me it confirms that the water in London is not fit for consumption. I truly recommend this water distiller.

good Filter BUT......
I thoroughly dislike the fact that we cannot get the pods unless we get them from the USA costing almost '£50!!!!! I mean are you kidding me ?????? Not only that the NOZZLES come off and break so easily and they too cannot be replaced in UK - I FOOLISHLY BOUGHT TWO OF THESE MACHINES BUT ONE CANNOT ACCESS THE PODS FOR FILTERING NOR THE NOZZLES IN THE UK - SO WHY NOT AND WHAT IS THE POINT OF SELLING YOUR PRODUCT BUT NOT THE BITS THAT ARE REQUIRED TO MAKE IT WORK. I AM DISAPPOINTED AND FRUSTRATED BY THIS TOTAL LACK OF CUSTOMER SATISFACTION

which is a real nuisance as it takes a long time to 'harvest' the water from the distiller and any drops wasted are a shame
This product has become part of my daily health journey. As far as I can tell it produces pure, 100% H20 which is incredibly helpful and necessary for many of us battling chronic disease and taking part in a healing journey. A small critique I would make, however is that 1. The jug the water collects in is a rubbish pourer, which is a real nuisance as it takes a long time to 'harvest' the water from the distiller and any drops wasted are a shame. 2. I would have thought that given the price the seller would have included a jug to help fill the distiller up from the tap as you can't put the distiller unit into the sink since it has plugs on the side and it mustn't get wet. Otherwise a great product, easy to assemble, minimal noise - though some noise, probably the same as a kettle that's about to boil?? - and doesn't take up too much room in the kitchen.
