A safe that does not lock
The instruction booklet is inadequate, it tells you how to insert a personal code and open the safe, but no instructions on the process to lock the safe.After weeks of asking a simple question how do I lock the safe, the supplier and the factory in China cannot answer this, but sent me instructions on how to alter the position of the solenoid value - which I pressume locks the safe - but I do not know as I do not have knowledge of the locking process !!!!
