Q: Can I connect this to my tv

No. It only has a usb c type interface. It would work with all phones/tablets with USB c connection which is the new sradard for android devices. It's not a blue tooth earphone. Having said that I found it to be a great product for the purpose I bought it. The sound is clear and loud enough with the confort of open ear feeling.
