I'm actually sleeping!!
These taste great & seem to be working. They're not soft gummies, they're actually the kinda hard ones that stick in your teeth but, I don't mind that. Lol. They really do taste good.

Gentle, tasty, and helpful for better sleep
These magnesium gummies have been a great addition to our routine—for both adults and kids. They have a pleasant orange flavor, and unlike some other brands I’ve tried, they don’t upset my stomach at all. That alone is a big win! We use them mainly to help with sleep, and they’ve made a noticeable difference. Just a note: don’t overdo it—too many can cause some digestive issues. But when taken as directed, they’re effective, gentle, and taste great. Highly recommend!

Taste so good!
These taste amazing. I don't feel like they help my kids fall asleep easier though but my 12 year old says it helps with leg cramps.

Good for my ADHD kid
We have been using this product for almost a year with my 8 year old son who has ADHD. After 7-8 weeks of consistent use (2 gummies in the morning), his impulsivity has decreased. This didn’t help with his sleep but helped him to get a proper level of Mg. I learned this from the Finally Focused book. I wish they increased the amount of Mg (make it 400-500mg).

Definitely recommend
These were recommended by a friend & oh my are they worth it! These make a big difference in getting my daughter to sleep & staying asleep. Before she'd often wake up screaming her legs hurt & was always fighting her sleep. These help so much & so far she's only complained once since starting them that her legs hurt. I just ordered a second bottle just to make sure we have them on hand. They taste delicious & work fast. We give to our daughter 30 minutes before bed.
