Dual sim, just what I was looking for
I am finally upgrading from my dual sim Note 9. I tried to buy this phone from Samsung USA, but not possible - no sales of dual physical sim phones in US. Ended up at this site, and all happened as it should. The phone arrived on the first day of the range of possible dates. The install was flawless with Samsung Smart Switch. Even my T-Mobile access transferred over - I didn't even have to call them. The camera, the 5G, all are fantastic.

Return process terrible.
I ordered the phone like anyone else would because mine broke and I needed a new one. It came in fast, great. Connected it and everything, phone works but I felt like screen was fuzzy. So I got my first one fixed for 1/4 cost. (Not the point).Been 2 plus months and no return on my money.

Excellent phone!
It's my first time using Samsung phone after using many different Android phones in the past. Excellent crispy sharp screen, high quality cameras especially night shots and blazing fast processor. I decided to get this phone since I will probably use it for 3 - 5 years. I deducted one star because I ordered green color but instead I got the black one. I'm okay with black color as I don't want to deal with returns and long wait at this time.
