Surprisingly effective while it worked
One of the thermoelectric tiles stopped working after about 40 minutes of use 👎

Bargain!
4 fans, 3 heatsinks and 2 peltier units for thirteen quid - bargain.I used it to make a water chiller (with a £3 GPU water block) that unfortunately was under powered, but if you wanted to use this to build a coolbox for beers it would be ideal so long as you know TECs aren't efficient.
