It works but too pricey
It’s will make you do number 2 very well. Brings out everything from your colon 😂😂 I guess. Don’t take it when going on the road. Just for reference: I slip 1 bag before food and 1 bag before going to bed and it worked great for me on the first day. Afterwards I only took it before bed. I kind of have a very strong stomach though.
