Easy to use, received results promptly

Air tests only seem use to landlords and remediation companies who want to have something that shows there isn’t a problem. If you want to know if mold mycotoxins are affecting your living space, do an ERMI test and don’t waste your time or money on anything else.

I used this to test for mold in my apt. Fortunately the results were negative for mold. Make sure you read the directions. It takes about 15-20 min to execute the entire testing process and get through 3 cartridges. Do make sure you do a test outside so you have a benchmark. I like that it’s relatively cheap to buy additional cartridges. This test gave me results that made sense, were understandable, and provided peace of mind.

A great solution to know how to navigate contractors and landlords. I was able to detect persistent, dangerous levels of mold, alert my landlord to properly handle it, choose a contractor and with the proper chain of legal information to protect my health. The lab takes a little time so be prepared to evacuate or close off the danger areas until you obtain the report.

Easy instructions, received email results in less than 48 hours after lab received tests. Michael returned my call and answered all my questions regarding the results. I even sent him a few pictures of my mold situation after remediation for his input. Excellent value compared to hiring professionals at $1,200+. I shipped my testing 21 days ago, and per the tracking it was delivered 16 days ago, and I still have not received results. This company does not answer the phone, you cannot get them on the phone. I saw lots of reviews saying people had results within 6 days, but that has not been my experience.
