I can confirm, with proper electrical testing, that this adapter is the real deal. The male TRS 3.5mm is properly split to two female TRS 3.5mm (note: not TS), LEFT and RIGHT respectively. On each LEFT AND RIGHT, respectively, while TRS, the respective channel is duplicated to both L/R of that respective female TRS. This allows more flexibility in audio setup. Check continuity between all poles.

I wasn't sure what to expect with this, but the price was low enough that I figured I'd give it a shot. To my surprise, it not only works but also doesn't introduce signal degradation or interference. I was able to use my two Onyx Studio 7s wired into my computer as stereo speakers with no issue at all. I also tested it on other speakers, all of which worked regardless of the two brands or speakers' designs. Most entertainingly, I could wire it into a soundbar with a wireless subwoofer and a smaller portable speaker, and it still worked without issue. The soundbar even stayed connected to its subwoofer while in use.My understanding of products like this is that they take a stereo signal via the TRS input and split it into two distinct signals - left and right - that you can then wire different speakers into. You can almost think of it as an extremely simplified audio controller without any buttons or dials. Moreover, upon further reading on these products, I have yet to find others with comparable build quality. The 3.5mm in/out ports snap firmly into place, the cable is braided (always a plus), and the connector's outer case is metal.All in all, I'm very pleased with this product!

From the description, it sounds like it takes stereo and then splits right and left apart, but from near as I can tell it mirrors it just like a normal splitter so one source runs two devices. Seems decently made other than seems to do something different than claimed and marked.

Works just as advertised. Build quality is top notch, sound quality is flawless.

Very useful for splitting the audio between two Bluetooth speakers and getting one to register as a left channel and the other to register as a right channel. Works wonders and is built very nicely.
