I’ve dealt with digestive issues for 25+ years (too much antibiotic use in childhood and side effects from Accutane as a young adult) and after taking L-Glutamine morning and night (and mid-day when I remember) for over 2 months, I have had less stomach pain and more solid bowels. I like that I can keep the capsules in my purse to take on the go in between meals. They are really convenient and help me stay consistent with consumption. I will be a regular consumer.

I took these capsules every day for 3 weeks but they actually made me feel worse. Maybe my body just couldn't break down the capsules. I felt and physically looked bloated the whole time so I stopped taking them and felt better the following day.I was previously taking a powder form of L-Glutamine that was working but I purchased these because it was easier to fly with and I didn't want to risk going through TSA with powder in my personal bag.

I am a huge fan of the L-Glutamine powder but found traveling with it to be a pain. These pills are perfect for travel. I prefer the powder when I'm home but now have a convenient way to take my supplement with me.Really no flavor at all (it was a question I had to rate.)
