Great melatonin!
This melatonin is perfect for me! A few other brands make me feel cloudy throughout the morning, even after experimenting by taking it earlier or less of it. I have never had that issue with these- they work at the perfect pace and allow me to sleep through the night. The cherry flavor is good and melts right in your mouth.

Most sleep medications don’t work for me. I eventually was prescribed a sleep medication and it made it difficult to wake in the morning. This has been perfect for me! Gets me sleepy and I am not tired when waking up!

Try these! Over the years I’ve tried several types of melatonin because I have trouble falling or staying asleep. It would either work, and I would wake up extremely fatigue and groggy all day, or it simply wouldn’t work all night. These melts are fast acting, Work, and I don’t feel groggy the next day.

Work well, but I wake up with headaches.
These have a great strawberry flavor. I tried them several times just to make sure that it's not something else that gives me headaches. But every time I take these I wake up with migraine symptoms, so it's something in the ingredients that's giving me the headaches. I was going to try for a refund but the window is closed for that. I didn't want to jump right in and ask for a refund because I wanted to make sure. But these would work well for people that don't get headaches and I wish I could use them because they taste good and easily dissolve in the mouth.
