This sleeve lives up to the brand name. It is the coldest at home joint therapy I have ever experienced. The cold is shocking and a little much at first, but when you have injured your ankle, it's the best thing you can do. The fabric allows you to pull it on easily, but the compression is just right to hold it secure without feeling like you are cutting off circulation. I love that the gel stays pliable, it feels like neoprene with jelly inside. I went from having extreme pain in my ankle to eventually falling asleep for a nap with it on.

This icing sleeve is so soft and comfortable, stays on/up by itself. Wish I’d had it sooner. Minus 1 star only because it doesn’t stay cold more than 15+/- minutes. But… it’s quick and easy to chill, and will be easy to bring with to work or when I travel.

Is VERY cold. I like that it's around my foot and I can be mobile with this on. I noticed that my throbbing ankle had a shorter recovery. Good buy.

This ankle cold sleeve gets very cold. It definitely does the job. It get very very cold if you put it in the freezer. I sometimes just put it in the refrigerator when I don't want it as cold.

I quickly replaced it with a wrap that cinches with Velcro. That is better at placing the cold precisely where needed and compresses more securely
