l am a beginner nail tech and I really enjoyed the beetles nail polish brand! Their polishes are really pretty bright colors and they also apply very well. They finish very nicely and make your nails look very glossy and well done. This polish makes your nails look like you went to the salon!

This was a bit of a big purchase for me, but I do not regret it. Helped me elevate my nail game with all the colors and shimmers there were. My friends that I do nails for also love the selection they can get now with this set. I do recommend this if you are trying to start doing other people's nails other than your own. It allows for endless creativity.

There are so many colors! This kit came with a case, tons of colors, top coats, a magnet for the cat eye colors, and some nail tools. My favorite part is that they gave you the plastic nails so you could paint to show off the colors. Love that, so I can easily see what color to pick next. The bottles aren’t huge, so it just really gives you a sample of each of the colors. But I bet you could do 3 to 4 sets with each color.

Iv been using this set since the beginning of February,as a total of today iv painted my nails 26 times to try to teach myself with this set . My honest review of this set is not all the colors work the same some are easier to apply than others . I found using barely any polish and super thin with 2 coats makes it perfect.that being said I don’t like the formula of the shiny polishes that much they are harder to use and they burn under a lamp for some reason.the magnets for the cats eye works but I’d recommend a stronger one. This set it good for a beginner overall and I like the brush and the files.i love the variety of colors. I don’t think they last for me personally more than 2 weeks without peeling or chips . The peel away base does work well . Or if you want to practice painting your nails and peel it off just don’t use the base and they pop right off in warm water . The matte top coat and gel coats are nice too. I would recommend this to someone starting out but if you want quality of quantity I’d pick another brand personally . For the price this has been good so far and it’s worth the money because everything works so far. Ps if they aren’t staying on or feel kinda Weird you need a different light iv change mine twice since starting.

Firstly, I am a big fan of Beetles' products, so I may be a bit biased. But, I don't think I can be blamed for that, as their products are top notch.This pastel set is absolutely stunning and harmonious! The glitters are remarkably pretty and very useful as an accent nail or adding a thin glitter line (with a liner brush) to, for instance, a marble design. As a further example, I used the clear blue glitter on top of white a few weeks ago when I did a wintry theme with snowman and snowflake stamps and stickers...it looked amazing! Every color is delicate and brilliant. There are a few colors (pink, gold, silver, and lavender) that have a shimmery appearance, which adds an extra bit of glam without any nail art techniques. The nail polish's texture is perfect — not clumpy or runny. I do medium-length half-coverage tips on myself, and one drop on the brush is enough for each coat.After I finished swatches for both glossy and matte top coats, I came on here to compare them to the pictures for the set. I'm pleased to say the colors match up perfectly (at least on my computer).All in all, I highly recommend this Beetles pastel set. As the headline says, it's perfect for springtime. I'm looking forward to using this set for an Easter design, as well as for flowery and butterfly designs. However, many of these colors work all throughout the year and for various nail art designs, whether it's Halloween, fall, French designs, beach and summertime, and even winter and Christmas.

I originally wanted more options: colors, cat eyes, glitter, and shimmers. I saw people heavily promoted it on TikTok, so I figured I’d check here. It is cheaper here, especially if you have Prime! I’ve been pleased with the gels, but I have only used roughly 3-4 colors and the top coat! I did have the peel-off base before, so I did not use the one that came with this set. I did use the top coat from the set, though, and it worked fabulous!Just a warning: PLEASE cure the gels entirely for 60 seconds or more to be safe, as I noticed some solid color gels did not heal properly on the swatch decals (Photo 1). However, the eyes, glitters, and shimmers polish cured beautifully (Photo2)The bottles are also on the smaller side, so keep that in mind. I don’t think Beetles sells sets with their full-sized bottles anywhere yet. I organized the bottles with the picture from the pictures shown in the product advertisement (Photos 3&4)Lastly, the nails I did with the Beetles set! I did use a different brand for the white outline on my middle fingers and charms from elsewhere as well. I do not use the Beetles nail glue anymore as I was having issues with retention, and now I use Modelones! I have no issues with the nail glue from there, and now my retention is great!Overall, I am pretty happy with this set, but please, please, please do not let the gel touch your skin! Wash immediately, or use acetone to wipe it off ASAP! You do not want to run into any issues that prevent you from ever using gels again!4/5 stars, just because some solid gels took longer than usual to cure!
