ErgoFoam Flat-Top Adjustable Foot Rest - High-Density Compression-Resistant Foam, Non-Slip, Black, Modern, Office

I have been looking for a flat but soft footrest for bare feet for ages because my desk is too tall for me, but it turns out they're really hard to find. I've been using the other footrest that they ErgoFoam makes upside-down so it's a flat rocker instead, but the bottom is hard instead of soft and since it rocks it doesn't give me the support I want. This one is wonderful; it feels far more supportive, it's soft and warm on my feet, and if you want to fill a larger space with them you can buy multiple and they will give you a level surface.

As the picture has provided, this footrest has an upper and lower section. Due to height restrictions with my current setup, I removed the lower section of the footrest, so I only have experience with the upper portion of the ergonomic footrest. When you place your foot down, a squishy 1/4th inch cushion is on top. So when you're doing your measurements and only want to use the top, subtract around 1/4th, or a tad bit less, of the top footrest measurement.Note: There are four sections of velcro and a zipper holding the top (Larger section) and bottom (smaller section). The velcro's scratchy side faces downwards on the top portion, and so is the zipper. This ergonomic footrest is not ideal for wooden floors. If you have a soft carpet, there is a chance the velcro will rip some of the fabric from your carpet. So keep those two in mind. This company should have faced the rough velcro side pointing upwards toward the larger section instead of the rough velcro side pointing downward toward the floor on the larger section.This footrest worked in my scenario because I use it on carpet flooring, and it's berber carpeting. The carpet can be ripped, but it takes some work, and this footrest can't do it. lol

Tried to use this to compensate for my desk being too high; I raised up my desk chair to get that 90° elbow angle, and then needed this footrest to keep from hunching. It’s a little too squishy for that purpose. I’ll keep it because it’s the right height and fairly wide, but only until I get a carpenter to make me a custom one out of wood.

I notice a significant improvement in my leg and backpack using this. I have a high office chair for my higher up craft table and needed a footrest and this changed the game. I was using a plastic bin (yikes) and it left me in pain and also was sliding all over the place. This stays in place and is adjustable and also the perfect firmness/softness ratio. Love it! Well worth the $ imo.

I used to use a foot rest from Ikea but wanted something more sturdy and with a FLAT TOP. I'm 5"5' and large size is perfect. It's firm enough to hold your feet but very soft and comfortable even with bare feet.

This is the third footrest I've bought lately. Don't be like me, pick this one first and you won't have to look any further. It's perfect - the size and comfort level of this footrest were *exactly* what I wanted in the first place.

The height is excellent (for me) as I sit at a countertop. it keeps its shape and is easy to clean. I use it for hours, everyday.
