This is a great product and a little goes a long way. Love the consistency and garlic flavor. Very little is needed to get a grat garlic taste.

Absolutely in love with this stuff. Have purchased this dozens of times, and will continue to do so. Tastes *so* good! We eat it on everything: bread, pizza (my personal fave) crackers and etc. I am vegan and so I don't have an opinion on putting this on meat or dairy, but I do know this tastes (and smells) fantastic on anything plant-based. My 4 year old dips crackers in it 😆 I've had a few minor issues mostly with the way Amazon stored and shipped this. When I reached out directly to the guys at Simon Foods, they couldn't have been more helpful and went above and beyond to make it right. Extremely rare these days!!

Not the same. I love the Toom sauce in the yellow container and always try to find it at Costco. This is not the same. They use canola oil instead of grapeseed oil or another oil that helps with this all combining. It tastes and looks like toum mixed with crisco. There are great recipes online. Don’t waste your money on this stuff.

I have been on a quest for a better garlic sauce! This one is the best hands-down. Smooth feel and almost as good as the "raw garlic" served in restaurants. I love the creamy feel that does not sacrifice the garlic taste I love. I recommend, and will buy again!

I think it tasted ok at first, but soon after opening it took on an odd aftertaste. If you have ever had garlic get old and start growing, you have smelled that nasty 'old garlic' smell. This toum has the same smell/flavor aftertaste. It also has the consistency of mayonnaise, so I'm surprised another reviewer stated that it is not similar to mayo... I was even considering using it as a vegan mayo substitute for this reason, but I threw it out because of that old garlic flavor.

SOOOOO delicious with crackers or as a sandwich spread BUT you must LOVE garlic because it HITS ya, in a goooood way!!

The toum has a strange bitter taste that doesn’t go well with many of the things I wanted to eat this with. The only pairing I really liked was toum with bacon fries. Overall not worth the price :(

The process of canning toum neutralizes the bite of the raw garlic quite a bit. This makes this toum have much less "spice" than fresh toum, but it's still a tasty product. Just be aware when purchasing that it will be different than fresh toum.
