We love this brand of sea moss! We take it for energy, anti-inflammatory, anti-stress, pain relief, and overall health! It doesn't have a funky smell or taste, and has great benefits!

It's my first purchase of the seamoss from this brand and I can say There Legit and a great value for your money.

The ingredients are all good for you. I don't know how to determine whether I actually need one or all of the ingredients. I can't say that I actually feel better now that I'm taking them, but I can be sure that I'm getting the benefits of each of them. Apparently, I'm not suffering from toxins in my body? It washes down like any good capsule. Taste? If you can taste your capsule, you're doing it wrong!!

I love these sea moss capsules. They work well easy to swallow I feel like I’m getting the vitamins and minerals I need from these would recommend.

After reading the reviews, I was a little nervous to start this supplement. I am glad I did because I feel great on top of already feeling great with my daily regiment. I do only take one instead of two—maybe I’ll work up to that
