For informed decision making:This is 200 mg of caffeine per tablet as caffeine anhydrous (roughly equivalent to two cups of coffee). It also has 8% of your calcium DV as dicalcium phosphate. I don’t particularly care about the following, but some people do, so just noting the label says gluten-free, non-GMO, vegan, and keto/paleo friendly.I deal with a lot of fatigue from chronic health issues and use energy drinks basically medicinally, but they’re very expensive and then I need to use the restroom a lot. I wanted to try caffeine pills as a more efficient and cost-effective alternative. I got it cleared with my doctor and recommend you do too, because this is actually a drug, and this dose is like downing two cups of coffee all at once.I take one first thing in the morning to help me get going. I haven’t noticed any unexpected effects, although since the dose is all at once, learn from my experience and maybe don’t take one an hour before a doctor appointment because it WILL alarm the nurse taking your blood pressure. High dose caffeine makes me a bit shaky and dry mouthed but nothing worse than a comparable drink.The pills are a little on the large size but they’re coated so they’re easy enough to swallow with water, and no taste. I notice it working in about half an hour to an hour and lasts a few hours, but my metabolism is weird. I’ve been able to cut back on energy drinks, which is good, because especially if you take more than one tab a day, regular use of this could be a bit pricy.I’m happy with the quality and the effect. Low, totally expected side effects. A decent dose without being dangerous (for adults) but will raise your BP. A bottle with 120 pills is pretty good quantity for the price if you’re using them like I am.

I consume a lot of caffeine on a daily basis; whether it be cans of Pepsi, Rockstar, or various other things. So in the times where I have to go without it, it gets rough. These are great for those times where I don't or can't have access to something with caffeine, like sodapop, to prevent the headaches and other withdrawal symptoms. I wouldn't say it's a "pick-me-up" if you're tired, since neither caffeine nor your brain/body actually work like that, but in the middle of the day when you want to extend your energy a bit or to prevent symptoms of withdrawal, like when trying to get off of reliance on caffeine, they do come in handy.

I got these for my husband, for when he needs help with his energy bc he doesn't drink coffee, energy drinks, etc. He has used caffeine pills in the past and said these have been the best he's used so far...all have been 200 MG. They are a bit bigger, as pictured, but they are still easy to swallow with no chalky flavor. Will continue to use and purchase in the future.

I was hoping these would be a nice alternative to an energy shot I take, but they did not seem to have the same kick for me that those have. That said, I think they could still have their uses, particularly if you can't take NSAID pain relievers - some have caffeine in them to help get over the headache. I did not get any kind of stomach irritation when taking these but would recommend eating something on an empty stomach to ensure that doesn't happen if you have a sensitive stomach.Well packaged and sealed. Package does say they are tested and packaged in the US, so likely manufactured elsewhere.

These caffeine tablets work well to help pick me back up in the afternoon, without having to chug down more coffee (which my bladder is thankful for). I don’t get any type of side effects at all. The tablets are a bit large, but still easy to swallow. However, like another reviewer pointed out, the order said I was getting a bottle with 250 tablets, but only received 120. That’s pretty deceiving on the seller’s part, and definitely not cool. So I removed one star for that.

I have been using caffeine tablets for keeping alert when I don’t want to fill my bladder with coffee. These tablets really make the difference. I use the tablet(s) while driving for long periods, for keeping alert during deer hunting, and the infrequent pick me up. One tablet is equivalent to 200 mg of caffeine or equal to two cups of coffee and should last you around 4 and 5 hours before the affects dwindle. There are a lot of suppliers of caffeine tablets; I find that California Essentials Caffeine tablets do not give me any jitters. These have not given me that side effect.I am only giving this item three stars because I only received 120 tablets and not the 250 tablets as advertised. The original California Essentials label on the bottle even states “120 tablets”. If you look at other reviewer’s pictures of the bottle they show 120 tables. No other reviewer brought up the number of tablets. I have notified Amazon on this issue.

I use caffeine to help with migraines, and having given up caffeinated beverages these pills are a great alternative for me. They don't seem to pack quite as much punch as some I've gotten in the past, I need to look as see if these are a slightly lower "dose", but they take the edge off a budding migraine, which is what I need, are easy to swallow, don't have a chalky taste though I was a little worried given their appearance (I tend to go for things that scream/look easy to swallow).All in all, I'm happy with these, and the bottle is a nice size for my desk, so I can keep these on hand while I work, which is nice.

Work great took one capsule and definitely give me a solid boost of energy. No adverse sight effect no real taste to them.
