I was not sure that it would filter out the histamine and the sulfites out of wine but it does, finally enjoying wine WOW! Adds no flavor or chemichals to the wine!

Crap, to expensive!

We purchased this system for our friends who visit and have serious problem with sulfites. Although they were reluctant to try it at first, I convinced them to try it. Amazingly, the Phoenix system really does work as advertised! I know our friends will be purchasing their own so they can enjoy wine with their dinner every night rather than having to purchase only sulfite-free wines. And they get to enjoy wine when they visit us. Great product! I will make sure to keep the refill pods in stock.

The wine does not pour out with this attached. It drips out.

I have been dealing with migraine-adjacent symptoms that seem to get worse with drinking wine. I did not notice any difference. It does add many fine air bubbles so it may be effective at decanting. I used it with white wine so it was hard for me to tell exactly. It wanted to push itself out of the bottle while pouring, but after a few uses it quit. The pour is very slow as other reviewers have mentioned.
