Very pleased and just the size I needed
This is the first time I've owned a gazebo. It took a while to decide which make to opt for as there are so many. Primarily I was looking for it to shield 3-4 people during summer showers and needed it to be easy to put up, preferably by one person.Delivery was fast - it came 3 days after the order was placed. It came in an Eagle Peak cardboard box, then inside it's all stored in a zipped bag which has straps so you can carry it on your back. There's a small bag inside containing 4 tent pegs and instructions/warranty info. At the time of writing we'd only had it a few days and had put it up once in mostly dry weather and calm conditions, but if there's anything new to report, I'll add to this review at a later date. The gazebo is easy to put up. As it was our first attempt, two of us did it but I can't see why one couldn't manage alone. The whole gazebo frame and legs are one unit, so no assembly is required other than to put the fabric canopy over the top of the frame once you've partially pulled the frame open and before you've fully extended the legs. The fabric canopy is easy to fit as the top of the frame and the inside of the canopy both have velco attached, making it a quick process. Once the canopy is on, you fully open the frame, push up on the central hub until it clicks into place, then extend the legs to the full height. Note that the legs extend in TWO different places (near the middle and also nearer the bottom of the legs). We didn't notice the bottom extensions at first and thought we'd have to stoop to get under the gazebo!! The back panel has 2 pieces of velcro each side to tether it against the legs (this panel is sewn on to the top of the canopy). The supplied tent pegs can be used by securing them through holes in the gazebo feet (we stood ours on hard ground, so have not tried the pegs). All a quick process once you know what you're doing, and it's made simple by the whole frame being one unit. The first time I tried to assemble it I struggled to push the central hub in place but another person did it without issue and the second time we got it out I managed OK, so I think either I was just being stupid or it was a bit stiff the first attempt! Taking it down is just as simple. I kept the polythene bag the fabric canopy came in as it's never easy to fold these things exactly as they were packaged but having the plastic bag helps gauge the size you need to fold it back to and aids sliding it in the carrying bag after the frame's been put in.Once up, I'd say the 2.5 x 2.5 metre gazebo can seat about 4 people, as indicated by the chairs in the photo, and I think it would take a SMALL round table in the middle too. The carrying bag measures roughly 29 inches high x 7 inches wide. It's quite heavy, so the backpack straps are welcome, though personally I wouldn't want to walk a long way with it on my back. The only slight negative was with the carrying bag, as a strap holding one of the plastic adjustment sliders had been sewn on upside down, and the way the adjustment strap had been threaded onto the slider made it impossible to provide the tension needed to use it as a backpack. However, I overcame that by unthreading and rethreading the strap the opposite way to the strap on the other slider, and then it worked OK. Therefore, problem solved and top marks to this very useful gazebo. Not a massive size but equally not too small either - just right for my purposes. Hope this review helps as I couldn't really work out how many it might seat from the photos!

INCREDIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! AMAZING PRODUCT!
I love this product so much. Small children and a garden with no shade don't mix well. I can easily put this up and down by myself quickly and with small children running around! My kids love the lowest setting as a den.I had a small problem with putting it down and the company were AMAZING! They got back to me immediately and even rung me to help and wouldn't settle till it was sorted and I was happy. I would 100% buy from this company again!

Gazebo Return
Gazebo was not suitable for us as it only gets to about 5' 8" when legs are fully extended so unfortunately had to return the item. That cost me £16.62 via Royal Mail which I think is a high cost and also if the supplier had arranged a collection via Hermes I'm sure the charge would have been lower and I would have been happier for them to deduct it from the refund. For me if the item is not suitable for you, no matter the reason returns should be free or a much lower cost.Everything else about the order was fine.

Poorly constructed rubbish
This was so poorly made that I wouldn’t even put it up in the garden.

Up in a jiffy
Used it at our local King's Coronation party. Very easy to fully open out and attach cover. Handy metal spikes for each corner leg. Attached wind/sun shield on one side. Rained at the end of the day, but the cover kept everything out. Although the cover was loosely folded and kept separate, it drip dried in the garage overnight. Easy to pack up in its shoulder bag and then carry without stress. After drying, the cover was easy to fold and slide down the inside of the carry bag. Recommended.
