I had the steamer for like 6 months before I used it, then only got 2 uses out of it before it broke. One day when in turned it on it started making a loud beeping noise that won’t stop unless you turn off the machine. The water won’t heat up and steam stopped coming out of it. I was truly disappointed.

Good product, strong steam, fast heating, the only CON is that I needed to adjust the bed hight for the steam not to be so close to the face because is not tall enough for regular beds.

Works good. Only issue is steam only goes for about 10 minutes b4 you need to add more water & I wish it'd raise up a little higher but it's worth what I paid for
