Q: Can somebody help me with triggering bluetooth pairing mode. My power toggle doesnt seem to push like the instructions say.

Q: How many characters can display at one time?

I'm not sure i counted them. I have a red and a green one. You can't see red in sunlight as well as the green. The first line i typed on mine was WELCOME with flashing border scrolling, works pretty well. The second line is Busch scrolling left to right. Next line is Gardens scrolling left to right. Third line Hello scrolling top down. Next line Summer scrolling bottom to top. next line Robert scrolling top to bottom. last line is Kansas scrolling top to bottom. I believe there is one more line that can be used. You can say anything you are brave enough to wear.

Q: Would i be able to use this connected to my pc 24/7 to display my currently playing spotify song? Would i need to specially program it to do that?

I doubt it. It uses a proprietary program to change what it displays. That said, I'd guess that a clever programmer could write a program to do what you want.
