Product came as intended shortly after I'm being question about where it is and why I have it. Reconsider buying this

I purchased this because I wanted to use it to paint the underside of a small wood porch to protect from rot. I bought this because I was told it would be odorless and less toxic than the copper stuff sold at the paint store. It may be that I was supposed to get polyethylene glycol. Polyethylene glycol is not toxic to animals but does anyone know if it is toxic to fungus? Animals would not have access to the underside of this porch but never the less, I would rather use the non-toxic polyethylene glycol vs. this toxic stuff if indeed it is effective against fungus. Does anyone know if boric acid solution is better?
