Q: Will this work for a Mac Pro 1,1 (2006)?

if you are on a mac you are safer getting a usb wifi card. if its a desktop not an all in one it probable will but not a chance on an all in one or laptop

Q: Does this work with asus x99-ii motherboard running windows 10 pro?

It would do if you were able to install the drivers for this adapter. However the drivers come on a mini-disc and are no where to be found online hence why I refunded the unusable product.

Q: I am using win10 pro however when i go to the blutooth settings i cant see any devices and i cant see my pc from my phone has anyone else found a fix?

Try right clicking the icon in the taskbar and open settings, from there you can allow other devices to find your computer. As for not seeing devices on the comp; I haven't really had that problem so all I can suggest is waiting longer (it took a bit of time for it to find a couple of my devices) and insure that the device your trying to connect is visible. I guess if waiting doesn't work you could go into the device manager (By right clicking the start button) find the bluetooth drivers, uninstall all of them and restart the comp. By doing that it should reinstall the drivers and hopefully fix any problems.
