Size chart inaccurate, too big.
Too big as suggested by size chart.

They do fit snug, so order a size larger than you usually do.
I like the product. Seems to work well for bladder inconteniance.

Awful
These are a joke. They are obviously period panties just with a sticker for bladder issues since the pad is way too low to catch bladder leaks. Also there was a lawsuit.

Pretty well made and absorbent
I was worried about the sizing on this Aircute urinary incontinence underwear but it pretty close to what is stated. But I will say it really makes me feel fat as I don't wear such a large size in other underwear. This underwear is very well made, no seams and the fit is very good. In the crotch area there is extra padding, it's not heavy or too thick, very comfortable to wear. I do believe size does really matter with these as if too small or too large the padded area may not be in the right place. These washed and dried well. I actually line dry as I do with most clothing. The instructions say not to use fabric softener, it will make them be less absorbent. These are supposed to last for one hundred washes, I believe that they will.I personally have some mild urine leakage at times, it comes with age I am sad to say. This underwear seems to be absorbent for leakage, not sure how it would do with a flood but doubt it would catch it all. They do seem to keep odors at bay also and do wick minor wetness away from the body.I love the blush color of this underwear and how comfortable they are to wear. I believe that these are quality underwear but the price is a little steep at present, twenty four plus dollars for one, hopefully this will come down.

Design needs some improvement
These granny panties go all the way up to the belly button, I have urinary issues because I’ve been pregnant 4 times, so I have a fupa. My fupa makes the top of the underwear fold over and need to be smoothed out multiple times during the day. It would be better to be bikini sized instead of granny panties. Also the insulation for leakage is the same area as the second cloth area of normal underwear. It would be better to have it higher in the front, to catch all potential leaking. That being said normally after a day of working, it feels like I peed my paints and it did catch what was there. It works, but it could work better.

Nice underwear, but needs a different size chart.
These AIRCUTE Absorbent Urinary Incontinence Underwear are very well made, absorb a fair amount, and they are very comfortable, albeit too tight. The fabric is soft, and the absorbent area is quite large, but not stiff or bothersome. It was difficult for me to decide which size I should order, because the chart uses waist measurements instead of hip measurements. Underwear should always be sized by using the hip measurement, as it is the largest area that the waistband has to go over. Being a seamstress and knowing fabrics, I just decided by using fabric content the measurements given. They are still on the tight side, even though I fit within the measurement chart. My bladder leakage may be a bit much for wearing these alone, but they would be a nice back up for wearing pads. Sometimes, if I have a coughing fit, I'm unable to make it to the restroom in time to keep from springing a leak. These would catch the overflow and protect the seat I sit on. That what be a major plus to me.I really do like how well these underwear are made, but I hope they will change their measurement chart, so that it will be easier to order the correct size. Because they are too tight, I will likely not wear them very often. If the measurement chart is corrected, and the fit is right, I would definitely recommend them.
