I have been chewing the pills to make certain they stay in the gum/teeth area until dissolved for best results, I haven’t been using the product very long, for maybe a week plus. I have heard great results from others. I feel it’s worth the effort to improve gum and teeth health improvement. A dentist can help but helping ourselves is an additional plus. Good luck.

I ordered these as I've been fighting recurring gun infections in my mouth. These arrive yesterday. After reading the instructions, I decided intensive repair was needed right now. I took 4 pills, 2x2 yesterday, and taking 4 today as well. Already noticed a difference. After I brush my teeth in the morning and use mouth wash, I chew these up. I noticed my gums were looking pinker already on the top, and the gum on the bottom, the swelling went down considerably. Going to continue to use these and update once I've taken them a while. Make sure to take them AFTER the mouthwash, so it doesn't kill all the good bacteria as well.

I know Listerine kills good and bad bacteria, so I chew one of these every night after a Listerine rinse to replace some of the good that was lost. I've noticed a positive impact with my gums especially. I'm only docking one star because the quality assurance is questionable. I've ordered this 2-pack three times, and one bottle was extra chalky with horrible flavor.

So far these dental probiotics have worked great in my mouth with a clean, fresh feeling after brushing, and my favorite mouthwash,, and oh my gums look a little brighter also. The price was right for a little more insurance knowing I’m doing everything I can for my teeth and gums..

I tried this as an alternative to another oral probiotic that I have used in the past. It is Most likely subjective but it didn’t seem to work as well as the previous oral probiotics that I used prior to this one.

I had previously used a similar product that became unavailable so I ordered this brand instead. It works just as well. I am very happy with this product and will continue to buy it.

The taste and texture of this is horrendous. It’s chalky, and tastes like I’m eating hay. I had one and bought a double pack which is not returnable unfortunately. I have no idea how this got so many good reviews. Buyer beware!

Taste is tolerable. They really help improve breath.
