For the price you cannot beat this item. For the cost of a regular wired headset, you have a bluetooth ear bud with the ability to use for phone calls too. I run 5 miles a day, and I like not having the cord running down my back to my phone, which is on a belt clip. I use my "runkeeper" app along with I heart radio, and when I don't like a song that comes on, now it's nice just to pull off my phone and hit the "thumb down" button on I heart radio, then put my phone back in the clip while I'm still running and I don't have to worry about the cord getting tangled.As a musician who plays 5 instruments, sound is very important to me. While it doesn't deliver a mega low end bass response, like my in ear Shure ear buds, these ear phones are absolutely loud enough and get the job done while running, or even listening to music at the beach. I gave this 3 stars because it lasts for only about 2-3 hours. Good for a head set, but not good if you need to talk a lot through out the day, which I do, since I am in sales and on the phone alot

Okay, I admit it. I was hesitant to get these cause how could they be that good and so cheap, so smart me bought 3! Ha! I got these for my 3 nephews who are 21, 18, and 14. They LOVED LOVED LOVED them! They couldn't believe they got these as gifts, no I didn't tell them the price. Lol My sister told me they're working great and the boys are enjoying them. They're lightweight and we'll made. I don't feel they look cheap or anything. The earpieces fit nice and buttons work fine. You cannot beat this deal! No, nobody paid me to say this. I just can't believe the product for the price. I think I'm in shock.

whilst the product is fine for talk radio and perhaps voice calls, it is poor for music with no bass. And while I did not expect fantastic sound, I would have liked the device to work longer than the 4 times within the past 2 months I have used it.Yep, the battery is now completely dead and won't take charge, despite keeping it always charged even after use. It is now in the trash, money wasted, I do not recommend this product, spend a little extra and get something that lasts longer in its lifespan.

Had a different pair of HV-800 at home which worked great reliable, clear, very long battery life, etc. I needed a pair for at work so thought I would get these. Right off the bat the audio prompts sounded different, the headset has no memory and every time you turn it on they are turned all the way turned up. The battery life is also roughly 3 hours compared to the 10 hours my other HV-800s have. These are definitely not the same HV-800s I have at home. By the time I had use them a couple times and realized the problems was the first time I realized you only have 30 days to return items. Oh well, purchased a different brand to give them a try now.

Amazon packaging and timely delivery 5 stars. Whoever is making these 0 stars. I had two sets of these last almost a year, just got two more and they are junk, they sound terrible, won't hold a charge, just terrible, you have been warned do not buy!

I got this hoping it would be an easier way to listen to music and talk on the phone. When I first got it I Instantly plugged it up to charge. After about 25 minutes the charger light goes off. I thought that meant it was charged but after listening to maybe 3-5 songs it turns off saying low battery. This thing is cheap so I suppose you get what you pay for. I just wish I didnt have to waste 19 dollars on something that wont even properly charge. Not very happy. Please do not waste your time

You can't hear the music via Bluetooth it's very low as well when u use it for hands free taking reciver can't hear u well at all ... don't waste your money with this item it's cheap but not worth it ...
