KCROSS Bench Press Band for Men and Women, Weight Lifting Bench Press Band, Push Up Exercise Bench

I purchased this in an attempt to help modify my puship form from a wide stance and up my count. This has enough elasticity to assist with the upward motion without taking your body weight away from you. This means you can gradually build your pushup total while being supported. The straps help keep me from pushing my arms out too far making me target my chest muscles more than just my arms which was my goal. The material is not scratch or rough so it doesn't irritate the skin. I quickly moved on from needing it but it's definitely worth a try if you ask me.

Full disclosure, I'm 51 years old, and I started working out again in December after having nor lifted in more than 12 years. I've started out slow and have been building my bench strength up, but I experience shoulder pain. Last week I was working out with 170 and 175 lbs and that 5 lb difference felt like a million pounds. I found this product on Amazon and decided that for the price it was worth a shot. I brought it to the gym last night to bench 180 lbs, and I have to say that it made a big difference. Mind you, the weight is still heavy, but I had no problem unracking and reracking the weight on my own, and the I was able to do each rep in each set, and my shoulders aren't in as much pain. I even did a few sets of decline bench with it (made it seem very easy) and 2 sets of push ups. Given how this first work out went, I'm pretty sure as my bench increases to the next level (>240 lbs) that I will be buying the next one up.

The media could not be loaded. Purchased the black 240-300. Feels comfortable and seems durable. Tried a PR at 405 on flat bench, but failed. Dialed it down to 385 (still a PR), but failed. Did a rep test with 315, and got one more rep (6) than the usual 5. What I noticed is that it doesn’t seem to increase any strength, however it does reduce some of the energy used. My next test will be 225 for reps. Lately been stuck at 18. Will report back with results on next chest day. May try ordering the gray version and try over 300 lifts.(Update) hit 225 for 20 reps. So slight increase in reps.

I love this product! It has helped me strengthen my shoulder. I have had 3 surgeries on my shoulder and my form was lacking due to muscle imbalances. I recommend this to anyone who is having issues with form or plateaus.

Works as advertised. I’ve been having shoulder issues for years and I’ve been limited in my bench press because of it. I barely have any pain while benching with this band. Amazing.

Not what I expected

I really really talk loved this. I'm able to do more reps with heavy weight without that pressure to my shoulder that I'd usually feel, even when I stretch. Great product.

Ordered this for my boyfriend as he lifts weekly. He said it really helped him and it’s heavy duty. I know this will protect him from getting hurt. The price was reasonable and made very well.
