I drop one of these in a pint of water while im getting ready and down that before I leave for work and by the time I'm at work
This has really helped me in the morning, I found myself being very sleepy at work until some time after my first coffee. I drop one of these in a pint of water while im getting ready and down that before I leave for work and by the time I'm at work im alert and ready to put my time to good use.

Pleasant tasting, gives you a lift
I have one of these at work after my 2 mile lunchtime walk. Refreshing and help to combat that post-lunch lull. They won't enable you to leap tall buildings in a single bound, but they do give you a lift and are a nice cold-drink alternative to coffee.

Beware, contain Aspartame!
I bought these, but couldn't use them as they contain Aspartame as a sweetener. How can they claim them to be good for health?
