Too expensive for zero results

Only 2 weeks in but can tell a small appetite decrease, I’ll keep using it and hope for the best that finally a product that does what it says it will.

Did not work for me.

I didn't like that the appetite suppression doesn't last through the evening, which is my bad time for snacking.Additionally I have maybe lost 3 pounds in now three months. I am doing one more month with no snacks and see if it makes a difference.

This supplement caught my eye - in my house, I’m known as the supplement queen lol.Here’s what I like :It’s all natural, no nasty preservatives or additives.I especially like that it contains no dyes or colorings. Those are hard to avoid in weight loss formulas - they always want them to be some obnoxious color!!This one is dyed with natural coloring.I notice that the konjac in this formula does make you feel fuller for longer. That makes sense, those konjac sponges expand like crazy when they’re added to water.I hadn’t heard of Lady’s Mantle before, but I’m excited to see what that can do for me too.I’m a weightlifter, but looking to chisel and lose a few pounds.My starting weight is 142.8, so I’ll let you know where I’m at after a month and 60 days!
